QB Care, Quality Built Care
For participants and families

Your home, your routines, your family kept close.

At QB Care we want to understand what matters to you: how you like your room to look, what helps your day feel settled, your mealtime preferences, your routines, your communication, your interests and the choices that are important in your life.

Support is built around you. Your family and the people you love stay in the loop, without having to ask.

Lisa’s story. What supported living with QB Care looks like day to day, told by someone living it.
Built around you

Your day, your way.

  • Choice and control

Decisions about your day belong to you: what you eat, when you sleep, who's around, what you want help with.

  • Your room, your style

Personal belongings, photos, music, the way the bed is made, where things are kept. Your space, set up the way you want it.

  • Meals and routines

Mealtime preferences, routines that suit your pace, support that fits how you actually live, not a roster's idea of it.

  • Community and daily life

Outings, activities, time with family, time alone. What feels right, on your terms.

The monthly update.

Every month a dedicated QB Care manager reads back across daily notes, talks with the team and writes the family an update on what life in the home has looked like.

The same update reaches everyone you've approved (family, guardian, support coordinator, allied health), so the people around the participant are reading from the same page. Photos only where consent is on file.

On the right: a sample of what arrives.
