Quality Built Care

A different kind of supported living.

At QB Care, support starts with understanding how someone lives. Their routines, communication, mobility, preferences, risks, relationships and what helps each day feel settled.

We bring structure to the everyday: familiar teams, considered environments, clear expectations and support workers who know what matters before the shift begins.

This is supported living with intention. Calm, consistent and built around real life.

What we offer

Supported living under one roof.

Supported Independent Living is what we do, for adults with high physical supports and complex care needs. The people who plan the care are the people who deliver it.

How it works

Moving in with QB Care.

From the first conversation to feeling at home. A clear path, walked alongside the participant and the people who love them.

  1. 1

    Conversation and suitability

We learn how the person lives, what matters to them and what good support feels like from their side of the door.

  2. 2

    Housing options and intake

We talk through home options, agree on a move-in date and start building the plan together.

  3. 3

    Support built before move-in

In-house clinicians turn allied health recommendations into daily routines. The team is briefed before the first shift.

  4. 4

    Move-in day

The room is set up. The team is ready. The home feels expected.

  5. 5

    Settling in

Routines find their pace. The team refines support around what's actually working in the home.

Reports into daily life

Care that reflects who someone really is.

Reports don't sit on a shelf. They shape the day, and the day shapes the next report.

  1. Step 1

    Reports come in

Allied health recommendations, behaviour support plans, therapy guidance.

  2. Step 2

    Daily life carries them through

Routines, prompts, the small moments staff record because they matter.

  3. Step 3

The next report reflects real life

Practitioners write the next plan from real evidence, not a single visit.

The people behind QB Care

Built around what good supported living should feel like.

QB Care was founded by Ramsha and Dani, who bring more than 20 years of combined experience across the disability sector. Both started in direct disability support and went on to work as Developmental Educators and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

That experience shaped a clear picture of what good Supported Independent Living looks like: a familiar team who knows the person, a home prepared with intention, daily support that reflects support recommendations and a way of communicating with families that's warm, regular and proactive.

QB Care exists to deliver exactly that.

In their words

How QB Care reads from the outside.

Feedback from the families, support coordinators and allied health practitioners QB Care works alongside.

  • Three weeks in and the morning routine had already settled. The shift team knew his preferences before I'd had to repeat them.

    Family member

After a participant moved from a previous SIL provider

  • The monthly update arrives before I think to chase it. That's the bit that changes how I work. I can plan the review instead of reconstructing the month.

    Support coordinator

    Regional Adelaide

  • They pushed back on a recommendation that wasn't working in the home and brought me the daily logs to show me why. That made the next report a better one.
