Our team

One team behind every home.

From the founders to the people running each home, QB Care works as one team. Each resident has a dedicated Service Manager and Team Leader assigned at intake.

Ramsha Akhtar

Co-Founder and Director

Ramsha is a Behaviour Support Practitioner and Developmental Educator with over 11 years of experience across frontline disability support, specialist practice and operational management. She oversees QB Care's governance, service structure and quality systems, with a strong focus on participant safety, satisfaction, safeguarding and consistent support.

Dani Akhtar

Co-Founder and General Manager

Dani is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with over 7 years of experience in the disability sector, working across complex support needs, service management and behaviour support. As General Manager, Dani oversees service delivery, operational management and business development, supporting QB Care's focus on safe, consistent and person-first support.
